UTX2INT is a file generator for Unreal Tournament skins.
Instead of typing out the entire INT file (needed to include your newly
designed skin in UT) all you need to do is make the UTX file.
The UTX file consists of all the textures needed for your skin.
From a UTX file, UTX2INT will automatically generate a preview of the INT file,
which is completely editable
